Email hosting services in the Philippines

Customers in Metro Manila, Cebu and Davao judge a @gmail.com address before they read the quote. We set up email hosting on your own domain with Microsoft 365, move your existing mail across, and handle the DNS side for you.

Email hosting explained

What email hosting is, and why it is worth paying for

Email hosting means your mailboxes live on a business mail server under your own domain, so your team writes from name@yourcompany.ph instead of an address anyone could have made this morning. Email is still the channel your customers judge you on, so it has to work every time. We set the DNS records that get the mail delivered, move your existing history across, and keep it running, so all you do is hit Send.

Do you look professional?

Customers take you more seriously when your email ends in your company name (@yourcompany.ph), not @gmail.com.

More than plain messaging?

Do you need shared calendars, video conferencing or Office? We find the solution that fits your needs.

Is the data safe?

What if you accidentally delete an important message? We offer solutions with automatic backups and Data Privacy Act compliant security.

Our solutions

Choose the package that fits your needs

We do not believe in one-size-fits-all in email hosting. Some need deep Teams and calendar integration, others just need reliable email with enough space.

What is included

What you get in an email hosting setup

The same list every time, whether you are moving four mailboxes or forty. Nothing here is quoted as an extra later.

  • Mailboxes on your own domain

One for every person, plus the role addresses a business needs: info@, sales@, accounting@, support@.

  • Migration from your current provider

Mail, contacts and calendars moved across, with the cut-over planned so nobody is locked out mid-morning.

  • DNS and MX records configured

Including the SPF, DKIM and DMARC records that decide whether your quote reaches the inbox or the spam folder.

  • Licence advice before you buy

Basic, Standard or Premium is a genuine fork in the road. We pick for what your team actually opens, not for the biggest package.

  • Shared calendars and Microsoft Teams

On the licences that carry them, so booking a meeting stops being four messages back and forth.

  • 50 GB mailboxes and 1 TB of storage

Per user, with OneDrive included, so nobody deletes last year's mail to make room for this week's.

  • Spam and virus filtering

Microsoft's own filtering runs on every mailbox from day one. There is nothing extra to install.

  • Webmail, Outlook, Android and iPhone

The same inbox everywhere. A message read on the phone at a site visit is already read on the laptop.

  • Optional backup every four hours

Mail, calendar, OneDrive and SharePoint, kept for up to five years and restored within minutes.

  • One person to contact

New staff joining, a phone that will not connect, a mailbox filling up. You message us, not a ticket queue.

Email hosting questions

What business owners ask before they move

The questions that come up on every migration call, answered before you have to ask them.

What is email hosting, and how is it different from a free Gmail account?

Email hosting means your mailboxes run on a business mail server under your own domain, so your team writes from name@yourcompany.ph rather than an address anyone could have created this morning. The company owns the account, not the person using it, so when someone leaves you keep the mailbox and the history in it. A free Gmail address belongs to whoever set it up, and it takes it with them.

What does email hosting cost in the Philippines?

It depends on how many mailboxes you need and which Microsoft licence fits, so we quote per business rather than publishing one price for everyone. Microsoft 365 is licensed per user per month, which means the bill follows your headcount instead of a fixed package you outgrow or overpay for. You get a written quote in pesos before anything is set up, and you will never receive an invoice you did not approve first.

Can you move our existing emails across?

Yes, migration is part of the setup rather than an extra. We copy the mail, contacts and calendars out of your current provider into the new mailboxes and plan the cut-over around your working day. Whether that is one evening or a staged move over a few days depends on your current provider and how many years of mail are sitting in there.

Do we need our own domain first?

Yes, email hosting runs on a domain you own, such as yourcompany.ph or yourcompany.com. If you do not have one, we register it for you and point the mail and the website at it in the same pass. If your domain is already with another provider you keep it exactly where it is, and we change only the records that carry your mail.

Why do our emails keep landing in the customer's spam folder?

Nearly always because the domain's SPF, DKIM and DMARC records are missing or set up wrong. Those three records are what tell the receiving mail server that a message genuinely came from you, and without them a real quote gets filed next to the scams. We set all three when we configure the domain, and we check them again whenever delivery starts to slip.

Is Microsoft 365 the same thing as email hosting?

Microsoft 365 is one way of doing it, and it is the one we recommend for most businesses, because the mailbox arrives with shared calendars, Teams and the Office apps in the same licence. Email hosting is the wider job around it: the mailboxes, the domain records, the migration and keeping the whole thing running. That part we do regardless of which licence you land on.

Can the team keep using Outlook and their phones?

Yes. The mailboxes work in Outlook on Windows and Mac, in the mail app on Android and iPhone, and in any browser when someone is on a borrowed computer. Everything stays in sync, so nobody reads the same message twice or replies from the wrong account.

What happens if our email stops working?

You message us and someone who already knows your setup picks it up. Microsoft runs the servers themselves, so a full outage is rare and theirs to resolve. What actually goes wrong is closer to home: a licence lapses, another supplier edits a DNS record, a new phone refuses to connect. Those are ours to sort.
